In classified and clean areas, the finishes must be smooth, non-porous and easy to disinfect. We supply and install the floors, walls and interfaces; cleanroom classification and HVAC remain with the specialist services contractor.

Anti-static homogeneous vinyl, heat-welded and coved up the wall.
Surfaces
Stainless steel, HPL and glass for walls, pantries and partitions.

Sealed junctions and stainless interfaces where services pass through.

Product data and installation records for your quality file.
Reference
Cleanrooms are classified by particle count under ISO 14644-1 (for example ISO 7). Finishes support the class but do not by themselves achieve it.

Do you build full cleanrooms?
We deliver the finishes and interfaces inside clean and pharma zones. The classification system, HVAC and filtration are normally by a specialist services contractor, with whom we coordinate.
