Fume hoods and extraction
Fume cupboards, extraction and service drops, sourced, sited and installed in coordination with the building services.
Equipment
Sinks, taps, safety showers, storage and specialist equipment from approved suppliers, installed ready to commission.
Surfaces and cladding
Stainless steel, HPL and glass for walls, partitions and pantries: smooth, non-porous and easy to disinfect.

Do you handle HVAC and electrical works?
We coordinate with the building services contractors for extraction, power and data. Our scope is the finishes, benches, surfaces and equipment fit-out.
Can the laboratory stay operational during renovation?
Works are phased so neighbouring areas keep operating. We agree the phasing during the survey.
Which worktop material should I choose?
Epoxy resin where there is hot work or the harshest chemicals, phenolic resin for mixed use at moderate heat, compact HPL for teaching and dry labs, stainless steel for clean rooms and pharma.
